The key to HEMP is to TAKE IT SLOW!! In my experience with Harper I would suggest starting with the Blue labeled Black Oil a pea size as night for 3 to 5 days and work up slowly from there.  One thing I did not consider when using the “blue” oil is an absorption issue.  In order to help with possible absorption issues is to use olive or coconut oil and melt the hemp oil in the other oil for a more liquid substance.

Starting Dose standard recommendation is 1-2 mg per pound of body weight.  Dosing will vary based on individual diagnosis and metabolism.

Note:

1 drop of gold = .025g

Pea size of black/blue = .040g
