Did Run4Hope 2016 Raise Enough to Impact Seizure Research?

Did Run4Hope 2016 raise enough to make an impact?

Run4Hope had a 2016 goal of 300 runners and to raise $20,000 for epilepsy research and awareness.  Our very optimistic plan in setting this goal is to send $10,000 to Harper’s cells at University of California San Diego with Dr Alysson Muotri. We would like to send the other $10,000 to Harper’s brain bank at the University of Pennsylvania Project with Dr. Francis Jensen.

We almost got there! This memorial year finished with 224 registered participants and $18,300 raised!  This is the largest amount Run4Hope has ever made for seizure research. It is also the year that the research has expanded and has the potential to accomplish more than it could before all because of Harper’s final gift.

If you would like to help bridge the $1,700 gap in our financial goal please make a secure donation here.
